Our Facilities

Our location is uniquely blessed with a cool, breezy climate and foggy mornings that create a refreshing and serene atmosphere—ideal for reflection, study, and spiritual formation. Frequent rain showers gently nourish the lush greenery that surrounds the campus, enhancing the sense of peace and connection with nature. This tranquil environment makes Bishop Han Theological Seminary a truly advantageous and inspiring place to pursue theological education, far from the noise of the city and closer to God’s creation.

With this refreshing and nature-blessed climate, our founder thoughtfully envisioned and designed a campus that fully embraces its environment—creating an ideal setting for theological study and spiritual growth. Every facility has been purposefully built to support holistic learning, including a spacious two-storey academic building, a well-resourced library, a peaceful chapel, comfortable dormitories for both men and women, a welcoming cafeteria, a covered gymnasium, and a guest house with scenic views. All these spaces are intentionally crafted to nurture not only the mind but also the spirit, making Bishop Han Theological Seminary a sanctuary for academic excellence and ministry preparation.

Gymnasium

Our campus features a spacious, fully covered court gymnasium designed to accommodate a wide range of activities and gatherings. This versatile facility is ideal for hosting sports events such as basketball, volleyball, and fitness programs, while also serving as a comfortable venue for school assemblies, worship services, conferences, and community celebrations. It’s open space provides a safe and weather-protected environment that encourages physical engagement, fellowship, and large-group interactions throughout the year.

Library

We are proud to have a two-storey library filled with thousands of theological books, academic references, and ministry-related resources to support deep learning and research. The ground floor houses an extensive collection of printed materials, while the second floor features a computer section equipped with eLibrary software that provides access to a wide range of eBooks and digital references. In addition, the upper level includes a dedicated conference room, ideal for study groups, faculty meetings, and small seminars—making our library not only a center of knowledge but also a hub for collaboration and academic engagement.

Academic Building

Our two-storey academic building houses a total of eight well-appointed rooms designed to support both learning and administrative functions. Four of these rooms are dedicated classrooms equipped to facilitate in-house classes, providing a conducive environment for focused theological and ministerial training. The remaining rooms serve as administrative and faculty offices, ensuring that academic support and institutional services are readily accessible. This integrated setup fosters a collaborative atmosphere between students, faculty, and staff within a single, purpose-built facility.

Chapel

We are blessed with a dedicated chapel that serves as a sacred space for daily worship and personal prayer, open to all who seek spiritual renewal and reflection. More than just a quiet place of devotion, this chapel also functions as the official worship center for the United Methodist Church – Laguitas Congregation, hosting regular services and gatherings for the local faith community. Its serene atmosphere and spiritual significance make it a vital heart of our campus life and ministry.

Cafeteria

Our campus boasts a spacious and welcoming cafeteria where hearty meals are served daily—free of charge—for students, faculty, and staff. Designed to foster a sense of community and care, the cafeteria provides a comfortable space for sharing meals, building relationships, and taking much-needed breaks throughout the day. It reflects our commitment to hospitality, support, and holistic well-being within our learning environment.

Ladies Dorm

Our campus features a dedicated ladies’ dormitory with seven well-maintained rooms, each designed to comfortably accommodate up to four students. Every room is furnished with individual tables and chairs to support personal study and reflection. The dorm also includes a spacious and well-lit lobby area, ideal for group study sessions or quiet reading. In addition, the facility is equipped with clean and roomy comfort rooms exclusively for female residents, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and conducive living environment for our students.

Men’s and Professor’s Dorm

Our men’s dormitory is thoughtfully designed with seven rooms, each accommodating up to four students and furnished with individual tables and chairs to support academic work and personal study. The dorm features a spacious lobby that serves as a common area for fellowship, relaxation, or group study. It also includes clean and accessible comfort rooms for the residents’ convenience. Located on the ground floor are three additional rooms designated for in-house professors, each equipped with its own comfort room and a comfortable, restful space—ensuring a conducive living and working environment for faculty members.

Guest House

We also take pride in our guest building, specially designed to accommodate foreign visitors and guests with comfort and hospitality. This building features eight spacious rooms, providing a restful and welcoming environment. At the back, it boasts a beautifully designed façade that opens to a breathtaking view of the majestic Mount Kitanglad and the surrounding lush green fields.
